PocketPaw Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PocketPaw mobile application ("App") operated by NextPath Solutions Limited.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using PocketPaw, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to use PocketPaw. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on PocketPaw. By posting, you grant NextPath Solutions Limited a licence to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You must not post content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates our Community Guidelines.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the App, harass other users, post false information, or attempt to access unauthorised parts of the system.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the App will be error-free. NextPath Solutions Limited is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law.
